Snoring is a very common problem and an interesting fact is that many people do not realizes until they are told by others. Many people do not like to accept that they snore. This is because snoring is considered a bad habit, something that disturbs others.
People who have a habit of snoring they tend to have sleeping problems. They are unable to get deep sleep, lack of sleep reflects on their personality. - Also avoid respiration through mouth. When people have a blocked nose a they start respiration from mouth and slowly this becomes their habit. Respiration from mouth create noise which is also snoring.
- Mint leaves have medicinal properties. You can take mint steam before going to bed. Take a bowl of hot water and add some mint oil and take its steam doe 2 to 3 minutes every noght before goping to bed. You will eventually feel the difference in your sleep.
- Avoid having ice-cream, curd, fruit juices at night if you have snoring problem these foods can aggravate that.
- Practicing pranayam (form of yoga) in the morning is also useful to get rid of snoring.
