All of us look at ourselves and admire in the mirror while getting ready for going out for any ceremony , party or hangout…. But just think how many of us look ourselves in the mirror when we are sad or angry ? The answer will be ‘Never’. This is because when we are sad or angry our facial muscles contract, our eyes become moist and red, our lips can be dry…… all of which give us an unpleasant look. In fact, many men and women cover their face with their hand while weeping or crying.
Both our skin and beauty are the reflection of our mind. Whatever we think or feel has an effect on our skin as well as on beauty. For example if we are excited then we get goose bums. When we are happy, our skin glows. When we are embarrassed our face becomes red, tension brings pimples and boils on the skin. When we cry our facial muscles contract and our face look pale.
Tension, nervousness, depression, can lead to contraction in skin pores and this prevents good blood circulation. We sweat more and the number of dead cells increases which result into dry old looking skin and pale face.
Emotions also lead to hormonal changes, skin becomes dry, and it loses the natural glow. Loss of natural oil aggravate black spots and wrinkles. When we are tensed then there is an increase secretion of testosterone which leads to pimples When we are happy there is good blood circulation, muscles are also relaxed and our face glows.
Many of us use costly products to keep our skin glowing and young, but we forget the fact that our emotions, feeling and dilemmas can have a bad effect on our beauty. Thus to remain beautiful and young , try to be happy and avoid depression and anger.
