As per cardiologist people who cannot stop eating having fast food should do more physical activity. So that the excess calorie consumed through fast food can be digested. A burger has 650-700 Kcal, whereas a soft drink has 1000Kcal. By having one meal containing fast food our daily requirement of 1500-2000 Kcal is met ! anything above that gets accumulated as fat in our body.
