    Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing to eat/drink other than water in beewetn. Take plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits to make ur meals healthier. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body signal system of hunger/fullness.Take regularly light exercises and briskwalks preferably twice a day.U will achieve results u have not even dreamt effortlessly.
