The cause of most of the diseases if we observe is wrong food habit and thus if we eat certain food and avoid certain food then we can control our health to a great extent.
Asthma – If you are suffering from asthma then avoid butter, cheese, milk, mutton and alchohol. Eat more fruits and vegetables. In fact it is better if you only have fruits and vegetables as one meal.
Cancer – cancer patients should avoid smoking and drinking alchohol as it affects their lungs more as compared to normal people. Similarly they should avoid, eggs, butter and oily food as it will increase their cholesterol level.
Hypertension – People suffering from hypertension should avoid caffeine and thus tea or coffee is strictly a no no. Instead they should have more of pulses and grain in their food.
Depression – people suffering from depression should increase their intake of fresh fruits. Orange and banana are very good. They should eat more vegetables and walnut.
Diabetes- We know that diabetes patients should avoid sugar in any form. They should also avoid fruits like banana, watermelon and vegetables like potato. They should have vegetables like bittergourd, brinjal and amla and neem as they are known to control diabetes.
Headache – some people have very frequent headache and have tendency to have coffee or tea to minimize the pain but it actually does more harm than relieving. They should infarct stop having caffeine, chocolates, cheese, paneer, orange, banana and fried stuffs.
High Blood pressure – people having high blood pressure should avoid fat from their food… that is avoid, oil, butter, mutton etc. eat more vegetables and grian as they have calcium and potassium which help to control High blood pressure. Eat apple, banana, cabbage, green pea and potatoes.
Stone – it is advised to drink as much water as the person can. It sometimes help to flush out stone and even relieve the pain. Avoid milk, tea and coffee.
Ulcer – Milk help in ulcer so have milk. … but avoid rich and spicy food all together.
Arthritis – The person suffering from arthritis should avoid milk, paneer, butter and frid food as they increase the cholesterol and makes the body bulky, which may aggravate the problem.
Gall bladder problem – people having gall bladder problem should avoid sugar, onion and fried stuffs, eat more vegetables and fruits.
