First of all It is recommended to eat a balanced diet of protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, fat and minerals. soyabean, dal, leafy vegetables, milk and fruits are ideal for health.
Green vegetables like spinach, pigweed which are good source of antioxidant and iron. Deficiency of iron leads to dark circles under eyes area. For beautiful skin it is important to eat dark color vegetables. Which has lot of zinc.
Avoid food rich in trans fat. Instead have good fat like milk and nuts. You can also use mustard oil, olive oil or sesame oil while preparing food to meet your daily requirement of fat.
Carrot is a good source of beta-carotene. It is very good for dry skin. Apart from carrot beta-carotene is found in papaya, walnut, mango and other yellow fruits.
Eat one Tomato daily, it is rich in vitamin A and C .Vitamin C makes the skin flexible and hence controls wrinkles.Other sources are lemon, oranges, aamla. It helps in building immunity also
Soya is rich source of protein, it makes skin soft and smooth.
Vitamin E leads to development of new skin cells. Green chilly is a good example.
Include Broccoli and babycorn in your food .Broccoli has beta carotene and vitamin c.
Lack of water make the skin dehydrated. Drink 8-10 glass of water as it helps to flush out toxins from body.
Drink lemon water or coconut water at least once a day.
Do not have you food in hurry. Chew your food properly. It is easily digested and we get the full benefit.
Substitute sugar with honey and jaggery.
Take fibrous food ( vegetables and fruits) which help in cleaning the system. If our system id cleaned we will not get pimples or boils.
Use ginger, basil leaves,garlic in food or eat them raw.
Do not eat –
Fast food like pizza, chips, tinned juice.
Do not eat fried food. Use less oil in while preparing your food.
Avoid refined flour as much as possible.
Avoid chocolate, tea and coffee they make skin dry, chocolate also lead to pimples.
